Our wines get their vibrancy and texture from the generally higher chalk content of the soil, combined with the region’s cool winds. Our sauvignon blanc grows on vines that love the mix of sunshine and cooling breezes. It develops its concentrated aroma thanks to the fine, sandy sediments in our lovingly tended vineyards.
With its exotic flavours and light fruit notes, this mellow and aromatic sauvignon blanc is lively and bursting with freshness. Its rich, deep flavours and refreshing, fruity nose make it an ideal food pairing.

Description
Medium yellowish green with silver reflections. Delicate yellow tropical fruits, a hint of guava, mandarin and passion fruit, floral notes of white blossoms with lime zest in the background. Nice complexity, gentle fruity sweetness, yellow peach with blossom honey flavours in the long-lasting finish, a full-bodied accompaniment for food.
Food pairings
Grilled fish with roast fennel. Lemon chicken with sage and olives, asparagus roasted in olive oil and seasoned with vanilla salt. Mussels in white wine broth with colourful root vegetables and fresh parsley. Summer salads with prawns, grilled cheese or chicken.
