Description
Pale yellow-green with tints of silver. Attractive, inviting floral bouquet with elderflower and rose petals as well as white peach. Luxurious and powerful, ripe white tropical fruits, hints of gooseberry, delicate acidity, lovely finish, lively and long-lasting.
Food pairings
Grilled fish with roast fennel. Lemon chicken with sage and olives, asparagus roasted in olive oil and seasoned with vanilla salt. Mussels in white wine broth with colourful root vegetables and fresh parsley. Summer salads with prawns, grilled cheese or chicken. An exciting partner for desserts.
