Description
Light yellow-green with silver highlights. An attractive bouquet of elderflower and rose petals, white peach, floral and inviting. Juicy, powerful, ripe white tropical fruit, hints of gooseberry, fine acidity, good finish, lively and persistent.
Food pairings
Grilled fish with roasted fennel. Lemon chicken with sage and olives, asparagus sautéed in olive oil and seasoned with vanilla salt. Mussels in white wine broth with colorful root vegetables and fresh parsley. Summery salads with shrimp, grilled cheese, or chicken. A very exciting complement to desserts.
